There is a worker for you, who needs to be paid with gold as follows:
1. After first days work he should have a gold bar of 2 inch.
2. After second days work he should have a gold bar of 4 inch..
.... so on until on the 10th day , the entire gold bar is with him.
How do you ensure that you make minial cuts?

1. Give a bar of 2 inch on first day
2. On the second day, take back the bar of 2 inch, make a cut of 4 inch and give it.
3. On the third day, give the 2 inch bar making it 6 inch
... so on.
